“Faith begins in families. Hope is born in the home.”
Rabbi Lord Sacks z”l
The Jewish family is the foundation and the heart of our community. But like any family, it can crack, and sometimes break, under the strains that crises, unexpected trials, and even normal life cycle events can bring to bear.
Previously known as the JMC, we have changed our name to JCounselling to better convey the scope and nature of our work. We are still the experts in Jewish marriage, enabling couples to ‘learn a new dance’ as their circumstances change. But we also go beyond that, providing all members of a family with the professional and empathetic counselling that empowers them to overcome challenges and move forward toward a more positive future.

About our Counsellors
Our Counsellors are fully trained in one or more of individual, couple or family therapy. Between them they offer an array of experience and expertise covering virtually all the issues that commonly affect relationships and the family dynamic.
They offer empathetic, discreet and non-judgemental counselling; providing a safe space for issues to be thoroughly explored and for coping strategies to be developed.
If for reasons of discretion there is a Counsellor you would prefer not to be matched with, we will always do our best to accommodate this.
